Wise Referral Code
Wise (was Transferwise) has over 7 million customers globally, is FCA regulated, and over £5 billion is transferred through their systems every month. Their business model is to offer incredibly competitive exchange rates. Beating most if not all high street banks, and charging a small fee (usually under £2 for transfers under £1000). However a transfer fee occurs with each Transaction, so it adds up if you’re making lots of smaller transfers. With my Transferwise referral code you’ll be able to transfer up to £500 fee-free. If you make a transfer of more than £500 Transferwise will waive the fee on the first £500.
What’s good about Wise?
If you have a company that operates in multiple countries or you have clients or contractors using a different currency, it makes total sense to use a money transfer 3rd party like Transferwise. Rather than just making a bank transfer from the company account.
I like Transferwise for the simplicity, intuitive features, and easy navigation on the app. Also, you can have multiple accounts for free in holding different currencies. Meaning you can be paid or send money in different currencies if they are more favourable.
Also if you foresee an FX shock coming e.g Brexit, Coronavirus, or political instability; you can move your cash into a different currency to safeguard your money and hedge bets.
Spending Abroad
It’s also great for spending abroad. When you sign up they send you a mastercard which you can use like any normal debit card, but the savings can be huge considering their competitive rates and zero fees.
Imagine you go on a ski trip. You’ll probably spend several hundred on ski equipment rental, many drinks at the apres-ski, buy some clothes and eat out most nights. Each one of those transactions would incur a fee from your typical high-street bank account. With uncompetitive rates too, but not with Transferwise.
I’d also recommend checking out World Remit as they offer similar competitive rates and it’s worth signing up for both so you always get the most competitive rates for large transfers.
Let me know if you used my wise referral code and what you thought about their service. The TrustPilot reviews are glowing in comparison to World Remit which has mixed impressions.

There are lots of variations for how people search for refer a friend codes, some call them promo codes or promotional codes, voucher or discount codes, coupons in the U.S, or even refferal codes if they have misspelled.
