When you connect with the tasker person you can chat, tip and review the person through the app, helping the community find reliable taskers. If anything goes wrong you can call on their customer support to act as an intermediary, hoping not that will never happen.

What I would recommend however is chatting with the tasker beforehand to agree on the final price and if there are any circumstances in which you could be charged more, being specific about what you need doing.
